Several changes have been made in the attachment. 22 stations have been removed from the list as they no longer have the authority to issue or grant a visa. Furthermore, the stations in Islamabad, Teheran, Kiev, Juba and Murmansk is added to the list. These stations, as well as Kairo, Beirut, Alger, Kabul, Manila and Khartoum have been listed with different footnotes. The footnote Kabul use to have, have been removed.
