It follows from the Basic Collective Agreement (KS) that

  • positions requiring a 3-year university or college education have a minimum salary of NOK 545 400 from 1 May 2026, and

  • positions requiring a 5-year university or college education have a minimum salary of NOK 624 700 from 1 May 2026
